　　履新后，吳忠華將繼續常駐上海，負責領導集團在亞太地區的戰略部署，并制定工業木器漆業務部在亞太市場的業務戰略，以推動該地區的銷售與利潤增長。

　　吳忠華擁有超過25年的涂料行業資深管理經驗，在宣偉曾歷任眾多要職，包括：通用工業亞太區總經理、樹脂業務亞太區業務總監、通用工業亞太區銷售總監，以及最近的工業木器漆亞太區副總裁兼總經理。

　　吳忠華擁有中歐國際工商學院的工商管理碩士學位。

　　原宣偉亞太地區總裁兼總經理吳國升（Jason Wu）在加入公司11年后，已于2024年4月1日正式退休。

　　吳國升于2013年加入威士伯公司（Valspar），時任消費者品牌業務部亞太區總裁兼總經理。2017年，他被擢升為宣偉亞太地區總裁兼總經理。在就任期間，他推動了宣偉與威士伯在亞太地區的整合，積極打造了“One Sherwin”的公司團隊文化。

　　Henry Wu is promoted to the position of Managing Director，

　　APAC Region，and Vice President&General Manager，Asia， for the Industrial Wood Division（IWD）in Sherwin－Williams.With over25years of experience in the coatings industry，Henry has held several leadership positions within the Company.

　　Jason Wu，the former Regional President&General Manager，Sherwin－Williams APAC，retires on the same date.
